The Menopause Current
Welcome to our community. This is where transition becomes transformation.
The Missing Link in Menopause Care.
You don’t need another article, another podcast, or another hormone hack. What you truly need is a space to be seen, heard, and supported by women walking the same path — a circle where wisdom, laughter, and understanding replace confusion and isolation.
The Menopause Current is an intimate group program that brings together like-minded women in the menopause transition. Leave each session with individualized menopause care and a community of women to support you outside of your sessions.
Created and led by naturopathic doctors Dr Ashley Damm and Dr Kali MacIsaac Francis, The Menopause Current combines trustworthy education, practical strategies, and meaningful connection so you don’t have to go through this season alone.

Who is this not for?
The Current is a group-based, community-driven program. We focus on building the menopause foundations. It’s not the right fit and you may be better suited for our 1:1 care program if:
- You’re seeking individualized 1:1 medical care or have complex health concerns.
- You need new prescriptions, hormone therapy initation, or advanced lab testing (these are offered in our 1:1 care).
- You’re looking for a quick fix rather than long-term, sustainable change.
- You live outside British Columbia, Canada.
