We analyze your current dietary habits and nutritional intakes and build out a personalized plan for your menopausal transition.

We discuss the influence of stress and sleep on the menopause transition and treatment strategies to confidently support your nervous system.

We discuss key considerations for exercise during the menopause transition, and do a deep dive on how to implement these habits, be accountable, and find true consistency.

We dive deep into hormone therapy and conduct individualized risk assessments based on your blood work and health history so you understand your personal risks and benefits. We review the different types of hormones and how to take them. Although we do not prescribe menopausal hormone therapy in our group program, you graduate into 1:1 care for hormone therapy, if appropriate. 

We build on your foundations as we move through each session. At the start of the program, you’ll be provided a booklet where you can take notes, review resources, and handouts to facilitate the journey and note changes to your treatment plan. 

At the end of each session, you’ll have a clear plan and strategy, along with adjustments to your strategy (include supplements, nutrition etc.) as you work your way through the program.
