While you’re listening, grab your journal to reflect on this week’s prompt:
What is your “normal” day? What is your normal diet, normal exercise routine, normal sleeping patterns, normal social needs, normal alone-time needs…? Write it all down in one column without judgment.
Then consider: if there were no rules, what would your ideal, optimal day look like? Write it down in a second column without thinking too much.
Take a step back and look at these two lists: normalized and optimized. How do they relate to each other? Is there a big difference, some overlap, or are they the same? No judgments, just observations.
