1 cup cubed yam
1 cup chopped kale
1 cup cooked quinoa
I Tsp. coconut oil
Pinch of red pepper flakes
Pinch of salt
1. In a skillet over medium heat, warm one teaspoon coconut oil.
2. Add a pinch of red pepper flakes and one cup cubed yam, then sautee for about five minutes.
3. Stir in one cup chopped kale, one clove minced garlic, and a pinch of salt.
4. Sautee until kale has wilted, about three minutes.
5. Add one cup cooked quinoa and heat through.
