(all can be found at Whole Foods Market)
1 package kelp noodles
¼ cup creamy roasted almond butter
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
1 tablespoon ume plum vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
Step 1: Soak kelp noodles in a large bowl of warm water for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Rinse noodles thoroughly, then drain and transfer to a dry bowl.
Step 3: In a separate small bowl, combine almond butter, sesame oil, ume plum vinegar and sweetener.
Step 4: Toss noodles with sauce.
