Ingredients:
1 avocado
1/2 c orange or apple juice
Thicken with crushed ice at the end.
Add on options to taste:
3/4 cup chopped kale
1/2 banana
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup pineapple pieces
1/4 cup coconut milk
1 or 2 teaspoons of lime or lemon juice to taste
Instructions:
Start with the liquids, add the fruit slowly and add the ice bit by bit at the end to acheive desired thickness.
