Ingredients:
1 corn pizza crust
Large handful of Spinach leaves
½ cup smoked Gouda, shredded
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
Salt and pepper to taste
TOPPINGS:
Roasted peppers and Goat Cheese
Arugula, mushrooms and red onions
Spinach, olives, tomatoes and Feta
Artichokes, Feta, sundried tomatoes
Instructions:
PREHEAT OVEN TO 400˚F
PLACE spinach leaved on the pizza crust
SPRINKLE cheese and ARRANGE tomato slices over cheese
COMBINE oil and garlic
DRIZZLE over tomato slices
SEASON with salt and pepper
BAKE in oven according to package instruction
