4 inner leaves romaine lettuce
1 large heirloom tomato, cored and thinly sliced
1/4 package of goat cheese sliced
1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
1/8 teaspoon flaky sea salt, to taste
1 lemon wedge
1 orange wedge
Ground black pepper, to taste
1. In a resealable container, layer lettuce, tomato and goat cheese.
2. Drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper, and arrange lemon and orange wedges on the side.
3. When ready to eat, squeeze citrus over the top.
