Ingredients:
Good quality, multi-grain bread - thinly sliced
1 Tbsp goat cheese per slice of bread
.5 tsp of minced fresh herbs (rosemary, basil, chives - to taste)
fresh ground pepper to taste
Instructions:
Toast the sliced bread
Dollop the goat cheese onto toast and broil for 30 seconds or until cheese melts
Top with herbs and fresh ground pepper
