6–8 oz filtered water
2 tbsp. chia seeds (source of Omega-3)
1 cup baby spinach or kale
1/2 cup frozen or fresh organic berries such as blueberries, raspberries, blackberries or strawberries
1 tbsp. nut butter or 1/4 cup nuts soaked overnight, nuts such as almonds or walnuts (source of Omega-3)
