2 cups oats (quick)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinammon
1/2 cup dry cranberries
1/2 cup pumpkin seed (shelled)
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup flaxseed
1 cup almond butter, peanut butter or sunflower seed butter
1/4 cup pure maple syrup (or honey)
1/4 cup apple butter
1 large mashed banana
Preheat oven to 325 degrees farenheit. Combine all ingredients and mix (dough will be stiff).
Drop 1/4 cup dough onto the cookie sheet and flatten slightly.
Bake for 15 minutes or until edges are slightly brown. These cookies will stay fresh for a week or frozen for 3 months.
