3 big ripe bananas
250g dry oats
40g dried dates cut into smaller peaces
40g dried peaches, rinsed in hot water and cut into smaller peaces
40 g sliced almonds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1,5 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use 9" loaf pan. Line the loaf pan with baking wax paper.
Mash bananas in a medium mixing bowl, then add the oats, dates, peaches, almonds, cinnamon and vanilla extract and mix to combine. Bake the loaf for about 30 - 35 minutes. It should be lightly golden brown. Let it cool completly and then serve!
