Foods to Boost Men's Fertility

Men can naturally boost their chances of pregnancy with only a few changes in diet. Studies have shown that just by eating foods high in antioxidants, men can greatly improve their sperm. Rooting through the studies on Pubmed, I was able to find lots of studies in support of this.  
A few of these "super antioxidant" foods are: blackberries, blueberries, cranberries, raspberries (see a theme here?), pomegranates, olive oil, artichoke hearts.... In reality most fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts and beans contain antioxidants and other trace elements which boost our fertility. By switching to a primarily "whole food" diet rich in fresh fruits and vegetables, we would be getting an amazing amount of these essential fertility building blocks.
