PCOS Pregnancy
After trying to get pregnant with metformin and then clomid for a couple of years I ended up with severe hot flashes, headaches, swing moods and No Baby! A friend recommended I visit Acubalance. At the beginning I was very exceptic, I doubted my hot flashes could be fixed with acupuncture, pregnancy was not in my mind anymore, I was very disappointed. I met Trevor Erikson at Acubalance and with only 2 sessions I got rid of my hot flashes! I talked with Trevor about fertility treatments and attended the information sessions offered by Lorne Brown and decided to give it a try! I followed the fertility diet (which was a great help for my PCOS symptoms), religiously drank my Chinese herbal tea, recorded my temperatures & symptoms, exercised and practiced relaxation techniques and could see that in a few weeks my mood and overall health was much better and I was very happy with having accomplished this (my husband was the happiest).

Wow, I’m not sure where to begin, I think the title alone says a lot. I just wish I had learned about Acubalance a lot sooner. I first learnt of Acubalance from a flyer in the waiting room of the IVF office in the fall of 2008. At the time I was only days away from retrieval. This was technically our 2nd attempt at IVF but the first one was 10 years prior, it took us that long to muster up the courage and strength (emotionally) to give IVF another try. In the meantime we had tried numerous alternative therapies with no success, and also taken time off to enjoy life too.
I wish I had gone to Acubalance sooner...
The first thing I have to say is that I wish I had gone to Acubalance earlier than I did. I am 42, have lead a very healthy life and am now 22 weeks pregnant
