There have been some recent studies documenting the benefits of DHA for both the mother and baby. I personally have not looked into Krill oil or whether Krill oil has been studied in use on pregnant women. But there has been research on using DHA.
Find a brand that cleans and test for heavy metals (mercury etc) and that also puts back the natural vitamins (some of the cheaper brands save money by putting back synthetic vitamins) We use Nordic Naturals at Acubalance. I hear Carlston and Nutra Sea are also good brands.
