Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule please be sure to call the clinic 24 hours before your scheduled appointment so we can make your time available to another client. If you do not reschedule 24 hours in advance - or if you miss your scheduled appointment - you will be charged the full fee.
Herb Return Policy
Herbal formulas are individualized and therfore we cannot accept herbal returns.

We do not bill insurance companies.
Payment is due at time of treatment rendered.
If you have extended medical coverage, you will be asked to pay us directly at the time of treatment and then follow up with your insurance company for reimbursement.
