SUPER SIMPLE CABBAGE AND KALE SALAD

Cruciferous vegetables, such as cabbage, help to metabolize excess estadiol and help the liver to process hormones more effectively, ideally helping to relieve PMS. Estradiol has not only a critical impact on reproductive and sexual functioning but also affects other organs, including the bones. In addition to cabbage, this recipe includes kale (another fertility superfood), which you can find at your local farmers market.
Ingredients: 

2 cups green cabbage, thinly sliced
1 cup kale, thinly sliced
2 radishes, grated
2 tablespoons black sesame seeds
½ cup slivered almonds
 
Deb's Simple Cider Vinaigrette
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
¼ cup flaxseed oil
¼ cup Braggs amino acids

Instructions: 

1. Combine chopped cabbage, radish, almonds and sesame seeds in a bowl.

2. In a separate jar, mix together apple cider vinegar, flaxseed oil, and Braggs amino acids.

3. Pour over salad, then mix.
