1 head of white cabbage
1 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt (kosher or sea salt - even better)
Little bit or lots of ground black pepper to taste.
Cut cabbage in half and slice very thin, as if you are making coleslaw - discard the core
Heat oil in large frying pan and add sliced cabbage
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Sautee for approx 10 mins
