HIGH PROTEIN FRUIT AND BERRY SMOOTHIE

Wheat Free Serves 2
Ingredients: 

½ cup (120 ml) plain high-fat yogurt
½ frozen banana
1 cup fresh or frozen berries
1 cup pear, apple or blueberry juice
1 Tbsp. Hemp protein powder

Instructions: 

Blend all ingredients until smooth

Variations:

  • You can freeze all your fruit overnight to make a refreshing, thick and creamy smoothie.
  • Add Concentrated Green Foods Powder like Spirulina, Chlorella or Blue Green Algae for additional nutrition.

Dairy free: use rice or almond milk instead of yogurt
