GREEK CHICKEN PITA POCKET SANDWICH

This recipe is made from planned over chicken and Greek potatoes
Ingredients: 

2 Whole grain Pita pockets, cut into halves or Rice tortillas
7 oz (200 grams) cooked chicken, cubed
Planned over Greek potatoes, cubed
1 tomato, sliced
1 cup (240 ml) lettuce, shredded
4 Tbsp. plain yogurt

Makes 2

Instructions: 

WARM pita pockets slightly in a toaster
OPEN gently and STUFF first the shredded lettuce
FOLLOWED by chicken, potatoes and tomatoes
TOP with yogurt
