DR. MARK HYMAN'S ULTRA SHAKE

This shake makes for a quick, delicious breakfast as well as a filling and enjoyable snack you can eat any day during the Challenge. The Ultra Shake provides essential protein for detoxification, omega-3 fatty acids from walnuts and chia seeds, fiber for healthy digestion, increased elimination from chia seeds, and antioxidants and phytonutrients from the berries and spinach. It’s all good!
Ingredients: 

2 scoops rice protein powder
6–8 oz filtered water
2 tbsp. chia seeds (source of Omega-3)
1 cup baby spinach or kale
1/2 cup frozen or fresh organic berries such as blueberries, raspberries, blackberries or strawberries
1 tbsp. nut butter or 1/4 cup nuts soaked overnight, nuts such as almonds or walnuts (source of Omega-3)
Ice (optional)

Makes 1 serving

Instructions: 
  1. Combine all ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy!
