2 cups pitted cherries
2/3 cup apple juice
2/3 cup full fat organic yogurt
Makes: 8 (3 1/2-ounce) ice pops
1. Combine cherries and apple juice in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Add yogurt and blend just until combined.
3. Pour mixture into eight ice-pop molds, insert sticks and freeze until solid, about four hours.
4. Dip bases of molds briefly in hot water to loosen so that the ice pops can be removed.
Alternately, you can instead use small, freezable containers as molds (such as 4-ounce plastic or paper cups or plastic champagne flutes). Fill these containers almost full and cover tops with foil, then make a small slit and insert ice-pop sticks or small bamboo skewers.
