1 head of uncooked! chopped broccoli
1/4 cup (or more) sunflower seeds
1/4 cup (or more) dark raisins
1/4 cup (or add to taste) your favourite coleslaw dressing
(*Second dressing option: keep it very clean with a little olive oil, salt and pepper)
Chop and dice broccoli into slightly smaller than bite size pieces. Toss with sunflower seeds, raisins and dressing.
Keep chilled, will stay fresh for up to 3 days in fridge.
