There are so many things which can damage male fertility. Men are told to stay away from hot tubs, pesticides, beer, processed foods and dozens of other fertility slashing things. What if there was one simple thing that men can add into their lives which would boost both sperm motility and morphology? Wouldn't you want to try it?
During the formation of sperm a process called Lipid Peroxidation. This is a process where free radicals steal electrons from lipids allowing them to degenerate. The results of Lipid Peroxidation are poor sperm parameters and has a negative effect on all cells and tissue
of the body. Not only does this effect male fertility but it's also related to atherosclerosis, asthma, parkinsons disease, kidney damage and even preeclampsia.
So what one, simple thing can men do to decrease the damage from this process and improve their fertility? Eat Walnuts,
easy enough right. Having approximately 2.5 oz's of walnuts per day is associated with an improvement in both sperm morphology and motility.
Walnuts are the only tree nut which has shown this fertility boosting benefit due to their fatty acid makeup. In one ounce of walnuts there is 18 grams of fat. 13 grams are the healthy polyunsaturated fatty acids.
